So much so that 66% of consumers who encounter content that isnβt personalized would stop them from making a decision.
That being said...let's get down to business and wow your prospects with some videos! Here are some of our best sharing practices. π
Include video links anytime you are emailing a prospect. Wouldn't you much rather watch a video than read through mountains of words too? Make note that Realync does not send out the share links for you. We create individual links that you copy and paste into outgoing emails and all other communications with your prospects and residents. Go a step further and add a personalized greeting to the beginning of your video.
Instead of sending a generic link to a video, send a unique link. By doing this, you will be able to see how many times they have watched a specific video. We call this our Analytics Panel. If you send a prospect link to videos of different units, you can see which one they are most interested in based on how many times they view each video. π You can then follow up and ask if they want to do a Live Tour of that unit they can't stop looking at.
During a Live Tour or Live Session if a prospect mentions they have a specific interest in working out, swimming, coffee, or having a fun night out on the town, follow up with Pre-Recorded Videos of those awesome amenities or local hot spots. This allows you to keep that conversation going to build an even stronger relationship and gives the prospect more insight into what it would be like to live at your property.
Get crazy with QR Codes, they are the future. Making a QR code is a great way to engage with prospects in a way that they'll remember. For example, post a QR Code on your door for people to scan when you are closed. You can line up a great playlist of a few units and amenities to showcase.
