Chat is a great feature within your Realync Live Session that allows two-way written communication between host and attendees. Even though you can speak out loud directly to each other, the attendee/prospect may write in questions about certain features such as the make of the appliances or the material of the countertops so as to not interrupt the tour.

When you feel comfortable to take a moment, you can stop and address the question just as you would in an in-person tour.
