When you are hosting a Live Tour, your prospects will have the option to either private chat with you or public chat with any questions they might have. This is a great feature when hosting multiple people so their microphone and background noise don't interrupt the tour. π€
Here is a breakdown:
Private Chat - These messages are only seen by the host. When you receive a private chat, this might be something the prospect wants to keep to themselves or would rather ask later in private. You will want to cater your answer based on the context of their question. Since the host is the only one to see these questions, it's not a bad idea to state the question out loud to the group so everyone is on the same page.

To turn on the Private Chat feature, toggle the "Private Messages" button located in the top right corner of your screen.
Public Chat - These messages are seen by anyone on the chat and all attendees can chat back and forth amongst themselves, and ask questions that pertain to the whole group or individual questions they would like to have answered out loud.
