Once you are finished with the tour and have hit "end & save" an automatic email is triggered from Realync to send the attendees a follow-up email. This email will contain...

  • Chat history 🐦

  • Any notes they took during the tour πŸ““

  • Attachments you uploaded prior to the tour πŸ“Ž

You have the ability to really keep track of your prospects by seeing how many times they watched the video, what time of day they are watching, and if they are sharing this with anyone else. All great features when you want to watch your prospects make an educated decision on the best times and days to follow up with each of them individually. 😎
