1) Contact your CSM or integrations@realync.com to activate the integration.
2) We will work with Engrain to enable the integration for requested eligible properties.
3) Once we have linked up with your SightMap, you will be all set to start selecting content to sync with your SightMap!!

1) For all videos that you want to sync with your SightMap, please ensure that each of them has been assigned a unit number from SightMap.
2) Log into a user account with Reviews Permissions.
3) Review all videos and mark them as Reviewed. Click here for detailed instructions on this workflow.
4) Reviewed content will sync with SightMap automatically and will appear on your map shortly.
What about TouchTour?
Realync content that is integrated with SightMap can be added to TouchTour, as well. Contact support@engrain.com to request that your TouchTour be configured to automatically pull videos from SightMap.
Can I use the same video for other units of that same floor plan?
At this time, our API integration with SightMap only supports the automation of a single video to a single unit. However, there is a way to get that video onto those other units in your SightMap. Simply follow the instructions here
