Open House

Learn how to host a Virtual Open House!

Updated over a week ago

We’re so excited that you’ve decided to use Realync to produce and host your Community's Virtual Open House! 🎊 To ensure that it’s smooth and successful, we want to equip you with best practices to complete before your open house goes live to the public! We recommend the public live tour feature for open houses!

We’ve broken this down into 4 P’s (a slight twist on the 4 P’s you may be most familiar with):

Product - Place - Promotion - People

Product: Realync Equipment 📷

  • Make sure you have your stabilizer accessible and charged up for the big day! Here is a quick review of how to work with your stabilizer if you need a refresher!

  • Don't forget to have your mobile device all charged up and ready to shoot some awesome footage!

Place: Community Tour Path 🏠

Have a detailed plan of which units and amenity areas you will tour!

  • Entrance Curb Appeal

  • Leasing Office / Front Desk

  • Apartment

  • Amenities

  • Make sure that your space is looking its very best and ready to be seen by all of your prospects! No dust bunnies allowed! 🐇

People: Which team members are participating? 🚶

  • Identify who on your team will participate in the tour.

  • Write out notes of key points that you want to be sure you mention on the tour. Practice with these and then ditch them for the real thing!

  • Complete a practice run through once, or even a few times, (Realync can help!) to check your connectivity as well as practice talking through the tour on camera.

Promotion: Get the Word Out!! 😱

Now that you have your equipment ready, your tour path planned out, and the team assigned to their roles it’s time to promote your open house!
