Let's start with some basics...

  • Make sure you are connected to wifi!

  • If you are connected and everything looks good on your end, let's run a speed test on your device to ensure you are receiving the necessary upload and download speeds required.

In order for your Live Tours and Live Sessions to run as smoothly as possible, we recommend that both hosts and prospects have a stable, minimum connection speed of 10 Mbps download AND 10 Mbps upload. If you are having issues with your Live Tours or Live Sessions, go ahead and check your connectivity to see if that could be what is causing the problem! Not today Internet! πŸ™…
