Opening Slide

Looking for some tips on how to edit your opening slide? We've got you!

Updated over a year ago

The Opening Slide is the only place in a Realync video where you can insert a still image. It's a great opportunity to show the floor plan and key attributes of the apartment home (square footage, beds/baths, finishes, etc.). We do NOT recommend using your logo as the opening slide. Don't worry, your Property Logo will appear on the Closing Slide. We love your branding too! 🎨

In addition, we have created some Opening Slide templates just for you! Feel free to use these for your opening slides or just to get your creative juices flowing.

On the App πŸ“±

1) Go to your Hamburger Menu πŸ” in the top left while using your mobile device.

2) Select "Custom Branding".

3) Next, click "Default Images".

4) Scroll down to the "Opening Slide Photos " section! You can click "Upload" to upload an image from your "Camera" or "Photo Album"!

5) If you want the same Opening Slide to appear on every video, click the image, and select "Activate". A yellow banner will pop up on the image that says "Active".

Now Add Them to your Videos!

1) If your video is already published, click on the three dots located to the right of your video, and select "Edit Clip".

2) When the video is fully downloaded and you are on the main editing screen (where you see all the clips), scroll to the bottom and tap on "Opening & Closing Slides". Then, tap "Setup Opening Slide".

3) Click on the pencil icon ✏️ and choose if you want to select from "Photo Album" or from "Uploaded Images"

  • "Upload Images" will take you to your preloaded opening slide images in your settings! 😊

4) If you selected "Upload Images", scroll to the bottom of the page to select one of your preloaded Opening Slide photos.

5) Click "Save" in the upper right-hand corner to apply the changes!

6) Whether this is a new video or you're editing a previously published video, be sure to tap on Publish to save your changes.
