Want to customize the Cover Photo on your Pre-Recorded Videos? You're in the right place!

The Cover Image is the "thumbnail" of the video. It is the visual representation of the video when the video is displayed in a Playlist or on Social Media. Realync will set the first frame of your first clip as the default cover image for your video if you don't upload your own. 😊

Pictures work great for your Cover Image! We do NOT recommend using your logo or a floorplan, as they don't show well and the viewer of the video can't zoom in on the floorplan.

1) If your video is already published, click on the three dots located to the right of your video, select "Edit Video" and it will open up all editing options! ✏️

2) Next, scroll down and click "Additional Video Attributes"

3) At the top of the screen, you will see the current Cover Photo. To edit it, tap "Edit Video Cover Photo". You can then select your Cover Photo from "Photo Album", "Camera", or "Uploaded Images". After you find the image you want to use, click "Save Changes" at the top of the screen! ✨

1) Tap the three dots on the top right corner of your desired video. Next, click "Edit Attributes"! ✏️

2) From this screen, you will see the Cover Photo pop-up in the top left-hand corner. Click the little pencil icon and you will be able to select any image file that is currently being housed on your computer. After you have finished selecting the Cover Photo, click the blue "Update" button!
