While hosting a Live Tour, you may want to call out specific aspects of the property for the prospect (floorplans, pictures of the property, lease application, your favorite ice cream shop's menu, etc.). You can now add attachments when scheduling your tour and the prospect will be able to click and view these attachments during and after the tour. 📎
💡 Tip:
Attachments must be JPG, PNG, or PDF files.
You can do this on either the web or your mobile device! You have the option to set "Default Attachments" or to individually add attachments to each tour.

1) Head to your Realync Web Dashboard. Click "Settings" (or the gear icon) on the top right corner of your screen.
2) Next, click the "Attachments" button on the far right. Select the "Upload " button and choose any JPG, PNG, or PDF file that you have stored on your computer.
3) Head to your "Live Tours" tab on your web dashboard and schedule the tour at your desired time and date. You will also see your pre-loaded attachments appear under the "Attachments" section on the Schedule Tour page. You have the ability to add more attachments for this specific tour. To do this, click on the "Choose File" button.
4) From this page, you can rename the file or image! Hover over the file.
If you would like to change the name of the file, click on the notepad & pencil icon.
To remove this file from this specific tour, click on the trashcan icon 🗑️.
5) When you have all of the information entered that is necessary for your tour, go ahead and click schedule!
6) After you start the Live Tour on your mobile device, you will see various icons at the bottom of your screen. The paperclip icon is your "Attachment" icon! You can press on it to view your pre-loaded attachments. 📎
7) Simply click on the attachment you want to present, and your prospect will be able to see it on their screen!

1) Head over to your "Settings", by clicking on the hamburger menu 🍔 on the top left corner of your screen.
2) Near the middle of this screen, you will see a section called "Default Attachments".
3) You will be transported to a magical land where your preloaded attachments are housed! If you want to add more, click the "Upload" button in the top right corner.
4) After you have uploaded the attachments you want, go back to the main settings screen and click "Save".
5) If you want to add attachments to a specific tour, you can do that too! 😎 Go to the hamburger menu, "Live Tours", "Create Tour", and then "Schedule Live Tour". On the bottom of this screen, you will see "Add Attachments". From there, you have the ability to upload more that are specific to that tour!!!
