Want to know what emails are being sent to your prospects when hosting a Live Session?

Updated over a year ago

Worried about having to remind your prospects about an upcoming Live Session? "Hakuna matata" - means no worries for the rest of your days. 🎡 In other words, we've got you covered.

When you first invite your prospect to a Live Session they will receive an email (with your branding) about their upcoming tour experience. Within the email, they will be provided with information such as:

  • Who invited them to the Live Session πŸ“«

  • What to expect βš™οΈ

  • Tour details πŸ“

  • Your contact information βœ‰οΈ

Then, as the session gets closer (specifically 30 minutes closer ⏲️), they will receive another email reminding them about the session. This email will have the same details as the email above. πŸ‘†

After the Live Session with your prospect, they will get one more email that includes...

  • A recording of the tour πŸ“Ή

  • A playlist link to all the videos that were shared during the Live Session πŸ”—

  • All of the attachments that were included πŸ“Ž

  • A copy of the prospect's notes that they took πŸ““

Please note: This email can take 30 minutes - 4 hours to send out and is completely dependent upon our streaming vendor's capacity at that time. But please don't fret, the email will be sent!

Now that you know what your prospect will receive, what’s in it for you? πŸ€—

  • You will receive an email about how to promote your public Live Session (i.e. share on social media)!

  • A reminder email that your Live Session is in 30 minutes!
