What is worse than opening your camera on selfie mode when you are NOT ready and seeing yourself at an unflattering angle? Fear not, we are here to help you get only the best angles of your beautiful face. Say hello to our "Lobby" feature for Live Tours! 👋 Prospects and tour hosts will first be taken to a virtual “lobby” to test their camera and microphone. Prospects will also see a preview of features during the tour and the host can review/edit their notes related to the tour before diving right in. This feature also gives you a brief second to take a deep breath before your tour!

When you click "Start Tour" you will be automatically taken to your Virtual Lobby! Your prospect cannot see you while you are in the lobby, so feel free to take a breath and get set or as we like to say, "get the weird out!" Or, leave the weird in, either work. This is a perfect place to make sure your mobile iOS device is in landscape mode and your camera is facing you! We always recommend beginning your tour in selfie mode to greet your prospect(s) and establish that human-to-human connection!

When you are ready to rock, press "Start Live Tour" and do your thing!

Your prospect will also be taken to a lobby before the tour begins! Along with testing out their camera and microphone, they will also get a quick rundown of the features.
