We know you have 1,479 different things on your mind every day and that life is crazy onsite. You have a Live Session coming up today and are trying to remember who the prospect is, what their interests are, and what their dog's name is. You have slowly created a mosaic of every color of sticky note on your desk with all this information. 🌈 Realync is here to save the day (and to clean up your sticky note creation).

When you schedule a Live Session, you are now able to capture quick notes related to the tour/prospect that you can reference before and during the live stream. These will only be visible to you (the host).

1) Head to the "Live Sessions" tab by clicking on "Live Sessions" (or the computer icon) on the panel on the left side. From here, select the date and time of your tour and click the "Schedule a Session" button.

2) Next, you will be transported to a magical screen where you can enter all of the relevant information regarding the tour. On the right side of the screen, you will see the section for both "Attachments" and "Notes". Click the "Notes" section and add all of the key points you want to remember during your session.

3) After you have entered all of the info you need to schedule the session, click the "Schedule Session" button in the upper right corner.

4) When it is show time, head to your Realync dashboard on the web and go to the Live Sessions tab. Find your correct one and press "Start".

5) You will then enter our virtual lobby. On this screen, you will be able to test to make sure both your microphone and camera are enabled. You will also be shown the notes you entered prior to the session. Do a quick refresher on the points you have jotted down. Even if it is something small and simple like remembering the name of the prospect's dog, that will truly go a long way when making that human connection. 😊

6) After you make sure your camera and microphone are ready, your camera is in selfie mode so you can greet your prospect, and you have reviewed your notes, click "Start Live Session".

7) On the right side of your screen, you will see different icons. The cute little notepad and pencil is the "Notes" icon. You can click on this during the session to view your notes in case you forget the doggo's name. You can also have the option to add more notes during the session! This is great for jotting down anything you want to remember to include in your follow-up.

8) After the Live Session is complete and you have clicked the "End and Save" button, you will receive both a copy of the notes you took during the session and the session itself. But don't worry, your prospect WILL NOT receive the notes. (Cue relieved exhale) πŸ‘

πŸ’‘ Tip:

Prospects will also have the option to add notes. Whether they want to make a note that they like the proximity of your community to their new employer or that they really love the amenities you offer, this is a place they can jot down notes and it will save these in their tour recap.

Let your attendees know that they have the option to take notes before the session begins!
