Once you are finished with the tour and have successfully closed out via the red "End & Save" button, an automatic email is triggered from Realync to send the attendees. ✨
This email will contain:
A recording of the tour 📹 *Note: these recordings will stay on your account forever!
A playlist link to all the videos that were shared during the Live Session 🔗
All of the attachments that were included 📎
A copy of the prospect's notes that they took 📓
You have the ability to really keep track of your prospects by seeing how many times they watched the video, what time of day they are watching, and if they are sharing this with anyone else. All great features when you want to watch your prospects make an educated decision on the best times and days to follow up with each of them individually. 🔍
These emails will come from noreply@realync.com.
Please note: This email can take 30 minutes - 4 hours to send out and is completely dependent upon our streaming vendor's capacity at that time! But please don't fret, the email will be sent.
Did you know you can also filter playlists to view only your Live Session playlists or other playlists you have created? Simply press the little drop-down arrow and a menu will pop up.
From here you can either select "Live Session Playlists" or "My Playlists" depending on each one you want to view.
