Are you in development or under construction?

Updated over a week ago

Whether your property is in the Development or Construction phase, your online presence and pre-leasing efforts are crucial in creating that initial buzz which will help to ensure your property fills up and reaches your goals! We are here to help with some of the creative ways your properties can utilize Realync effectively to drive the buzz. 🐝

Construction Updates

  • Who doesn’t love Fixer-Upper on HGTV? Everyone loves it and wants to see what happens behind the scenes, so give the people what they want! It’s like having a house built, you drive by every night after hours to see what the team completed that day and start daydreaming about where you are going to put all of your furniture.

Sneak Peeks

  • Construction Updates are only as good as what you are showing! So show the people what excites them the most!

  • Finishes - pull together a finished board of the flooring, countertops, cabinets, etc, and give them a sneak peek of what their apartment will feel like once it’s finished.

  • Floorplans - a great view and layout are crucial, show them, who cares if it's messy! That’s part of being under construction. That top-floor, corner unit view is too good not to show and will be the first to go if a future resident catches this highlight on their Instagram feed.

  • Amenities - Will there be a dog park, pool, and coworking spaces? Let’s see what spaces those are going to be built out in and help them visualize their afternoon meetings being held from your trendy cafe-style space.

  • Neighborhood - In the world of virtually everything at people's fingertips, literally on their phones, people want to see what hot spots are around the building and they don’t always have time to drive around themselves. Or they might live out of town. Show them the places they will want to visit that are local to your neighborhood.
