Prospecting / Touring 🔍

  1. “Welcome home” video - clips of different residents introducing themselves and welcoming the new person to the community

  2. A Day In the Life - transportation options, dry cleaning/package pickup, coffee, etc.

  3. QR Code on property signage for new construction - a great way to catch after-hours traffic

  4. Link a “Tour Our Community” playlist button to the email signatures

Community Videos đŸ‘Ș

  1. In-depth amenity focus, with an explanation of the features (i.e. how the golf simulator works)

  2. Resident Event Compilation - clips from each event over the quarter or year

  3. Highlight nearby amenities specifically - restaurant, coffee shop, park, introduce the barista, show the most popular item

  4. Planning an event? Send a video to the event planner so they understand the space they’ll be using

  5. Upcoming process change? Share a tutorial video with your tenants.
