Ready to hit 2, or 3, or 4, or… (you get the idea) birds with just ONE stone? Team Realync has made that possible for you with our Creating Separate Links feature.
Just follow the steps below to send separate video links to the same person. No more typing in Karen’s first name, last name, and email multiple times. Just do it once.
1) Locate the Videos banner under the Videos tab (left-hand side) of the Realync web dashboard. Click on the three dots.
2) When the options appear, select “Send as Separate Video Links".
3) Select whichever videos you would like to send to your prospect. Then enter the First Name, Last Name, and email address of that contact.
4) Hit "Send". And then "Send" again!
5) From there, you can copy the links all together or individually Hyperlink them into your email to your prospect.
Note: When you go back into any video you have shared with this method, you will still see the link details just as you would if you had gone through and done them individually. What a time saver!
