If you know Realync, you know we LOVE gifs! Therefore, we had to give you the choice to use gifs so you can love them as much as we do. Thus, the ability to create a gif or gif video preview from your Realync video that you can then embed into an email to create scroll-stopping moments and encourage renters to engage with your content. (Gif clips should be a minimum of 3 seconds and a maximum of 10 seconds). Goes together like peanut butter and jelly. 🥪

1) Head over to the video you want to turn into a GIF and select the three dots located in the top right-hand corner. Then, select "Create Gif".
Please note, if you are a corporate/manager user, make sure you are viewing as an agent or else you won't see this option.
2) Next, move the dots to the time of the video you want to be a gif. Once you have picked your desired time frame, click on the blue "Create" button. You should now see the preview of your gif on the left.
3) *This step is optional* If you want to include a play button over the gif, check the box located under the video that says "Include Play button overlay". After that box is checked, click the "Recreate" button and you should now see a play button in your preview. 📹

1) Find the desired video that you want to create a GIF for. After you have done that, click on the three dots located to the right of that video.
2) Next, click "Create Gif".
*Please note, if you are a corporate/manager user, make sure you are viewing as an agent or else you won't see this option.
3) Now you can choose the section of the video you want to make into a gif. To do this, just move the thick yellow bars to the desired time frame. 🖼️
4) This step is optional! If you want to include a play button over the gif, check the box located under the video that says "Include Play button overlay". After that box is checked, click the "Recreate" button and you should now see a play button in your preview. 📹
*Please note that to see the play button or change the time frame of the gif, you will have to click "Update" located in the top right corner to see it in the preview.
It should take about 30 seconds for the GIF to generate. Once the gif is ready for you, we will send you an email and app notification letting you know. ✉️
💡 Tip:
You are able to recreate the gif if you are not happy with the final piece. All you have to do is adjust the thick blue circles and click the blue "Recreate" button.
