Overview 📋:
With Knock Tour Scheduler and Realync, you can automate the scheduling of Realync Live Tours or Live Sessions directly from Knock’s Tour Scheduler. This will save you the time it normally takes to manually send tour invitations through Realync. It also opens up your property website and other marketing channels for inbound requests to tour via live video, providing renters a convenient and transparent way to tour your community from wherever they are.
Once activated, you can now have Realync Live Tours scheduled when a renter submits a Knock form requesting a Live Video Tour. Here’s how it will work:
1) On a property website (or any location where renters can see your property’s Knock scheduler), renters can self-schedule a Live Video Tour.
2) Renters will select Live Video Tour as the tour type, an available date and time, and their contact information (name, email, phone, etc).
3) Once submitted, Knock will automatically:
create or update the prospect in Knock CRM and log the activity
send a confirmation email to the prospect that includes the Realync Tour link, which they will need in order to join at the time of their tour.
4) When it’s time to tour, the prospect will click the Realync Tour link provided in Knock’s confirmation email, taking them to Realync in their browser.
*Please note that prospects will be able to join from any device without downloading an app or setting up an account!
5) Realync will ask the prospect to confirm their name & email, and to enable their camera and microphone.
6) Realync will notify you that the prospect is ready to tour.
7) Open Realync and head to your Live Tour/Session schedule, where you should now see a tour for that prospect. Click “Start”.
8) The prospect will be notified that the tour has started, and can proceed to join you for their tour!
