With self-guided videos, you can create the ability for prospects to find their own path. Do this by loading your pre-existing video content from your Realync library into your self-guided video and then uploading it onto your website. This will help you engage prospects with curated video content before ever interacting with a leasing agent.

Follow these steps to create your Self-Guided Video on the web dashboard š»:
1) Our Self-Guided Video Creator will pop up Once you click on the + sign to the right of the Self-Guided Videos tab. The Creator will guide you through creating your customized Self-Guided Video. You will name the video and be able to customize/label each āPathā within it.
2) Once you name your Self-Guided Video and path, you will then select the appropriate videos to accompany each Path. After videos are selected to their designated paths, click continue.
3) Realync Self-Guided Videos offer an option to add a sub-path on the right-hand menu card.
Now you can take your Self-Guided Videos to a new level by adding "parent" paths and "child" sub-paths to create a world-class experience for prospective residents. Imagine having a parent-level path "Floor Plan" video where website visitors can dive in further to explore specific floor plans with child-level sub-path videos.
Want to give your past Realync Self-Guided Videos a touchup? The great news is that you can add sub-paths to an existing Self-Guided Video and take your current Self-Guided Video to the next level, too.
*All viewer data will be erased and unavailable once you select āeditā. So, itās advised that users download their Self-Guided Videos data from the Reporting tab before putting that Self-Guided Video into edit mode š.
4) After selecting your desired videos, you will define a Call-to-Action and customize the link as needed. In addition, you have the option to Collect Contact Details by toggling that button. Then you can āSave Draftā or "Publish".
4) This step will depend if you select "Save Draft" or "Publish":
If you select "Save Draft," it will show up under the Self-Guided Videos menu, where it can then be edited and published.
If you selected "Publish," you will be able to customize your widget settings, aka how it will appear on your website (see image below).
5) Your published Self-Guided Video is moved from drafts to published and can then be shared. An embed code will automatically pop up for you, but click on the drop-down menu for more sharing options. We know the code looks scary but all you have to do is copy and paste the code. š
*Please note that if you want to take a look at/test your Self-Guided Video, simply highlight, copy, and paste the URL into a new browser tab.
š” Tip:
Your Self-Guided Video code should only go on pages without any other forms. You are unable to exit out of Self-Guided Videos as a prospect, so we highly suggest only copying/pasting to certain pages (i.e., home page, etc.).
