Connecting clients individually is extremely time-consuming. With Rechargly’s bulk connection feature, you can connect and map multiple organisations in a single process, streamlining setup and reducing manual effort.
Steps To Use The Bulk Connection Feature
Navigate To The Connection Step
Go to the Connection section within Rechargly.
Select An Organisation
Click Connect next to one of your client organisations.
Authenticate With Xero
You’ll be redirected to the Xero authentication page.
From here, either select individual organisations from the dropdown menu or click Select all to connect all relevant organisations at once.
Allow Access
After selecting the organisations, click Allow Access to initiate the connection process.
Automatic Mapping
Rechargly will automatically connect and map each selected organisation to the corresponding customer in your account.
Once connected, you’ll see all linked organisations appear under your Rechargly connections, ready for billing and charge management.
