Steps To Resend An Agreement
Go To The Agreements Page
Log in to Rechargly and navigate to the Agreements page.
Find The Customer Agreement
Locate the agreement you’d like to resend.
Click The Options ( […] )
On the right-hand side of the agreement, click the three dots ( […] ).
Select Resend Agreement
Choose Resend Agreement from the dropdown menu.
This will restart the agreement workflow for that client. They’ll receive four reminder emails over four weeks.
Bulk Resending
If you need to resend agreements to multiple clients at once, please contact Rechargly Support at support@rechargly.com and our team can arrange this for you.
