Accessing an agreement linked to a different email

How clients can view agreements when the email on file differs.

If you received an agreement link, you do not need to sign in to Rechargly. Open the unique link in your email to view and sign the agreement.

If the agreement is linked to a different email

The agreement may be sent to an old or different email address. If you cannot open the agreement, contact the firm that sent it and ask them to update the email on the agreement or resend the link to your current email.

Steps for clients:

  1. Check the email that received the agreement link and open that unique link.

  2. If you cannot find the link or it was sent to the wrong email, contact the firm that issued the agreement and ask them to update your email or resend the agreement link.

Steps for firms:

  1. Go to the Agreements page and locate the client agreement.

  2. Update the client's email address or resend the agreement link to the correct address.
