When you sign up to Rechargly and connect Stripe as your payment processor, your first payout will take a little longer than usual. This is because Stripe needs to verify your account before releasing funds.
First Payout Timeline
The first payout from Stripe can take up to 7 days to be processed.
Once your first payout has been made, you can check the Payouts section in Stripe to see when the funds will be deposited into your bank account.
What To Expect
After Stripe completes your first payout, all future payouts should arrive in approximately 2 to 3 days from when the funds are taken from the client.
Ongoing monthly payouts
After your first payout, Rechargly collects your clients' payments through Stripe on your scheduled charge dates each month. A payout follows each collection and usually reaches your bank account about 2 to 3 days after the funds are taken from the client.
Payouts follow your charge dates, not a fixed calendar date, so the day you receive your payout each month depends on when that month's charges are collected.
Why a payout has not arrived yet
If you were paid last month but this month's payout has not come through, it is usually because this month's charges have not been collected yet, not a problem with your account. Check these first:
Have this month's invoices been sent or scheduled in Rechargly?
Have the charges been collected from your clients?
Does the Payouts section in Stripe show a payout on the way?
Check Stripe Balance
When you set up your Stripe account, you may have set your payout period to "Manual" instead of automatic. This would mean that payouts won't flow through to your bank account automatically. If you go to the Balances page, you can change this.
