If your client’s information is not pre-populating correctly on the Rechargly auto-agreement page, you can update it by refreshing the contact details from Xero.
Steps to Follow:
Update the contact information in Xero Blue that’s connected to your Rechargly account.
Refresh your Xero Blue integration in Rechargly.
The updated contact information will automatically appear in the auto-charge agreement.
Be aware that any changes you make will apply to all future client correspondence sent through Rechargly.
