How To Update Pre-Populated Address Information In Payment Sign-up Form

Client information is not pre-populating correctly in the Rechargly auto-agreement page.

If your client’s information is not pre-populating correctly on the Rechargly auto-agreement page, you can update it by refreshing the contact details from Xero.

Steps to Follow:

  1. Update the contact information in Xero Blue that’s connected to your Rechargly account.

  2. Refresh your Xero Blue integration in Rechargly.

  3. The updated contact information will automatically appear in the auto-charge agreement.

Be aware that any changes you make will apply to all future client correspondence sent through Rechargly.
