Member Actions
Most of the things that you need to do with a member can be found on the member's profile page on the Member Actions dropdown menu. Some actions under this menu vary depending on the member. For example, the option to merge members does not show up if the member doesn't have a duplicate.
Register for a Program
This is the most common member action. Once you click the register button the interface will change to select the program you want to register to. We recommend searching for the program using the search box. This interface is the same as what the member sees at home so if you are looking for things and it seems difficult the chances are the members have similar issues. Please notify someone of the difficulties to ultimately make the experience on the members better.
Enable / Disable Members
Sometimes you need to enable or disable a member within a unit. Some might call this canceling a member off a unit. This does not affect the status of the unit as a whole but just the status of that member within the unit. The most common scenario for this is, a family that used to have a membership together but now only one person really uses it and they are downgrading to a single membership. Before you can change the membership type the system will force you to disable everyone else. In order to do this go to Member Actions > Disable Member.
Members that are disabled cannot access the facilities and automatically get the non-member rate when registering for programs.
Other Member Actions
View Attendance: Print a member attendance / check-in log.
Checkin: Checkin a member into the building.
Access Tools: Text message member a wallet pass that will automatically pop up on their iPhone when they get near the building. Also, print membership cards.
Send a welcome Email: Email the member a welcome email with a QR code they can check in with.
Make Primary: Make a member Primary on the account.
View Waivers: View signed waivers.

Merge (if a duplicate member exists)
