How do I get access to my artist profile on TIDAL?
You can claim your TIDAL artist page by going to TIDAL Artist Home and searching for your artist name or existing TIDAL artist page profile link and apply for verification by either linking your social media accounts or filling out a form. If using a form, please use "Record Union" as the distributor name.

My release is on someone else’s page, what should I do?
This is called an “Artist mapping issue” and can occur on some platforms when two bands/artists have a similar name. But hey, good news, this is easily solved! 👍
Simply contact our support team with the following:
The UPC of your release that has been mistakenly placed on another artist's page.
The link to the correct artist page.
Someone else's release is on my page, what should I do?
Once you have access to your artist page on TIDAL, just click the "Report" button on the "Report Inaccurate Content" section. This allows you to directly communicate with TIDAL's content team regarding any discrepancies, such as mapping issues.
Furthermore, Artist Home will proactively inform you if any of your requests, such as changes to credits or updates to song and album titles, require assistance from your distributor.
