Our white-label features allow agencies to offer our design services under their own brand. Here’s how it works:

  1. Setup:

    • Agencies get a custom-branded dashboard with their logo and domain.

    • They can invite their clients as sub-accounts to this dashboard.

  2. Requesting Projects:

    • Agencies can submit design requests on behalf of their clients.

    • Alternatively, clients can log in to the branded dashboard and submit requests directly.

    • All requests go into the agency’s queue.

  3. Project Management:

    • Agencies can manage, prioritize, and track all client projects from their dashboard.

    • Clients can view and comment on their own projects.

  4. Design Process:

    • Our design team works on projects as usual, but all communication is white-labeled.

    • Designers appear as part of the agency’s team to the end clients.

  5. Delivery:

    • Completed designs are delivered through the branded dashboard.

    • Agencies can review before passing on to their clients, or clients can access directly.

  6. Communication:

    • All emails and notifications are sent from the agency’s custom email domain.

    • Clients communicate via the branded platform, maintaining the illusion that they’re working directly with the agency.

  7. Billing:

    • Agencies are billed by Reel Unlimited.

    • Agencies can set their own pricing for clients and handle billing separately.

This white-label feature allows agencies to expand their design services seamlessly, maintaining their brand identity throughout the process.
