Our agency service is designed to work completely under the radar. We deliver all work without any mention of Reel Unlimited, allowing you to present our services as your own design team. This white-label approach means your clients never know they're working with an external service - they only see your agency brand.
Partnership with ProRequests
We partner with ProRequests, our sister company, to provide a fully branded client portal experience. This goes beyond simple white-labeling to create a complete branded ecosystem for your agency.
With our white-label plan, your clients access app.youragencyname.com instead of app.reelunlimited.com with complete customization using your agency name and logo. Your clients can log in and submit requests directly, and we respond to your clients, but they see your agency name instead of ours.
Agency Staff Management
Agencies can bring their project managers and team members into the platform. Up to 10 staff members from your agency can be added to your account, and all team members are considered project or account managers. Additional staff can be added at $99/month per set of 10 staff members.
Your agency staff have your agency logo and reference on them, same as our white-label staff. In client communication, both your staff and our staff appear the same way. For end clients, it's like your staff and our staff are one unified team.
Two Service Models
Regular Plan is perfect for startups or agencies who prefer to request projects themselves through our standard portal, handle client communication directly, and relay completed work to clients without direct interaction between us and your clients while maintaining control over all client touchpoints.
White-Label Plan is ideal for agencies wanting to allow clients direct access to submit requests, provide a fully branded client experience, scale operations without increasing internal management, and offer professional project management tools under their brand. The white-label features are powered by ProRequests and included in your subscription plan when you choose the white-label option.
How White-Label Service Works
Setup Process: Agencies get a custom-branded dashboard with their logo and domain. They can invite their clients as sub-accounts to this dashboard, creating a complete branded experience from day one.
Project Submission: Agencies can submit design requests on behalf of their clients, or alternatively, clients can log in to the branded dashboard and submit requests directly. All requests go into the agency's queue for management and prioritization.
Project Management: Agencies can manage, prioritize, and track all client projects from their dashboard while clients can view and comment on their own projects. This creates transparency while maintaining your brand control.
Design Process: Our design team works on projects as usual, but all communication is white-labeled. Designers appear as part of the agency's team to the end clients, creating the impression of working directly with your internal team.
Delivery System: Completed designs are delivered through the branded dashboard. Agencies can review before passing on to their clients, or clients can access directly depending on your preferred workflow.
Communication: All emails and notifications are sent from the agency's custom email domain. Clients communicate via the branded platform, maintaining the experience that they're working directly with the agency.
Client Relationship Management
Agencies are solely responsible for client relations. We only discuss work-related matters with clients. If a client asks about billing or other non-project related topics, our team redirects the client to contact the agency owners.
The system is designed so we cannot access your client contact information. Each client is assigned a unique ID related to your agency name. We can see client names and brands, but we cannot see their email addresses, contact information, or how much they are paying you. We only have access to in-project conversations.
Payment and Billing Structure
Agency Billing: Agencies are billed by Reel Unlimited on a quarterly basis per subscription seat. If you have 2 subscriptions, you multiply the number of concurrent projects (as the limit is set by subscription) and you pay for 2 quarterly subscriptions. You can set your own pricing for clients and handle billing separately.
Client Payment Options: Agencies can charge their clients however they wish, either via the built-in Stripe integration or via manual payment methods like bank transfer, Wise, etc. We don't bill you per client and we don't care how much you charge - whether it's $1 per logo, free, or $100,000 is up to you. As long as you have an active agency subscription, we will work for you.
Payment Processing: Your client payments go directly to your Stripe account. The system is built so we don't have access to that information - only you can see or manage customer subscription payments or invoices. We just handle the work while you handle client payments.
Refund Policy: Our services are non-refundable, but you are free to offer refunds from payments you received from your clients. We will not issue any refund for any reason.
Reviews Collection
If your clients submit reviews, these reviews will not be counted as our reviews via the review collection features. Those reviews are yours and only you can use them. However, if you review us for that same project, your review will appear for us, but your client reviews are for you solely.
Copyright License and Transfer
Upon project completion, our system automatically generates a copyright transfer certificate and transfers the rights to you. This can also automatically transfer rights from you to your clients if you activate that feature. You can deactivate the automatic transfer so you keep the rights after project completion.
Project Approval Process
Projects can be approved by you or your clients. If one of you approves the project, it will be considered approved by all your staff or clients. If a client wants revisions after approval, we will handle it normally.
Contract Terms and Billing
We don't require long-term contracts, but white-label agency plans have different billing terms than regular subscriptions. White-label agency plans are billed every 3 months with the first subscription requiring 3 months upfront due to the setup process and to provide better ROI. You can still cancel anytime, but monthly billing is not available for agency plans since quarterly billing ensures stability for your branded portal and client relationships.
If you need to pause or cancel your white-label service but have client data on your portal and want your clients to still access their projects, you can downgrade to a software-only plan for $99/month. This optional plan lets you keep using the portal software without any design work from our team.
Flexible Pricing for Your Clients
You have complete freedom to charge whatever you wish to your clients. Whether you choose to bill per project, monthly retainer, or hourly rates, that's entirely up to you. We bill you the same flat quarterly rate regardless of your pricing model or number of clients.
Project Management Across Multiple Clients
You can have 10 or unlimited clients each requesting 5-10 projects, but your quota remains based on your subscription plan with 2-4 concurrent projects. We work on your concurrent project limit across all client projects in your queue. Once a project is delivered, we immediately start working on the next one. You can prioritize which projects you want us to deliver first, ensuring urgent client work gets immediate attention while other projects wait in queue.
If you need more concurrent projects, you can add additional subscriptions to increase your limit. For example, adding a second subscription increases your capacity to 8 concurrent projects, allowing you to serve more clients simultaneously.

Agency plans have the same project limits as regular subscriptions, but the advanced project management tools and client portal make the experience significantly better. Our team collaborates directly with your clients without them knowing they're speaking with us - they believe they're communicating with your agency team on your behalf.
