When will my camera ship?

Cameras are built to order in batches. Here is how shipping works and how to check on your order.

Written by Team Reeplayer

Every Reeplayer camera is hand-built by veterans in Pittsburgh, in batches. We are a community-oriented startup, not a big-box brand, so we do not keep finished cameras sitting in a warehouse.

Every camera is built fresh, with our latest improvements inside. Yours is assembled after you place your order, and we deliver it as fast as we can.

How long does it take?

Most orders ship 2 to 4 weeks from the order date. During the busiest parts of the season the queue runs longer than usual, sometimes by several weeks.

One honest note. Sourcing parts can be tricky in today's world, between supply chains and tariffs, and once in a while that slows a batch down. When a delay touches your order, we reach out, tell you where things stand, and work with you.

Your exact wait depends on where your order lands in the current batch, so we would rather check your actual order than print a guess here. The last section below tells you how to ask.

How shipping works

  • Your place in line: orders are fulfilled in the sequence they were placed, and your spot is locked the moment you order. If you are still deciding, ordering sooner puts you earlier in the batch.

  • Tracking: when your camera ships, you get a tracking number by email.

  • Boxes: accessories may ship separately, and the camera and tripod always ship separately, so it is normal for one box to arrive before the other.

  • Ordering from outside the US: international orders ship through our international early access program.

How do I check on my order?

There is no order-status page to log into, and you do not need one. Message us in the app chat, or email support@reeplayer.com with your full name or order number. We will check your queue position and reply with the latest on your batch.
