Canceling or getting a refund on Reeplayer Pro

Pro is billed by Apple or Google, so refunds go through the store. Here is how to cancel, how to request a refund, and why we back requests made in the first 30 days.

Written by Team Reeplayer

Reeplayer Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play, the same as any other app subscription on your phone. Canceling and refunds both happen in your store account. Here is how to do each, and what we do to help.

Who handles this

Apple and Google process the payment and issue the refund. We do not process Pro refunds ourselves, so the steps below all run through your store account.

That does not mean you are on your own. See the refund section below for what we do on your side of it.

Your camera subscription is different. We bill that one directly and our team handles it. See Canceling your Reeplayer subscription.

How do I cancel Pro?

Canceling stops the next charge. It does not refund a charge that already went through. If you have already been charged and want that money back, see the refund section below.

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Tap your name at the top.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap Reeplayer, then Cancel Subscription.

On Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

  4. Tap Reeplayer, then Cancel subscription.

If you are on the 7-day free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Both stores process the renewal inside that final day, so canceling on the last day can still result in a charge.

I forgot to cancel my trial and got charged

This happens, and it is fixable.

If your first Pro purchase was in the last 30 days, we back your request. When you ask Apple or Google for a refund, they check with us first, and we tell them we support it. That happens automatically, before they decide. The store still makes the final call, but you are not making the case on your own.

You still need to start the request yourself. Here is how.

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

  2. Choose "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund".

  3. Choose your reason, then choose Next.

  4. Choose Reeplayer, then choose Submit.

Apple takes 24 to 48 hours to update you on the request.

One thing that catches people: if the charge is still pending, Apple will not accept a refund request on it yet. Wait until you have the email receipt, then try again.

On Android

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory and sign in.

  2. Find the Reeplayer charge.

  3. Select Request a refund and follow the steps.

Google's help pages sometimes suggest contacting the app developer instead. For Reeplayer Pro, going through Google Play is the route to use, and it is the one we back.

What happens to my access while I wait?

Your Pro features stay on. Nothing switches off while a refund request is open.

If the refund goes through, Pro ends and the extra viewing features turn off. Everything else keeps working, because watching, downloading, and sharing games are always free.

Will I be charged again?

No, as long as you canceled. Once the subscription is canceled it will not renew, whatever happens with the refund.

You can check in the same place you canceled: Settings, your name, Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad, or Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions in Google Play.

Still stuck?

Message us in the app chat, or email support@reeplayer.com with the email on your account. We cannot process the refund for you, but we can confirm what your subscription is doing and make sure you are in the right place.
