Owner information can be updated two ways: for a single property, and for all properties owned.
Accessing the owner record from the Property Records page will update the owner information only for the property you accessed the owner from.
Accessing the owner from the Owner Records page will update the owner information for all properties owned.

Updating Owner Information for a Single Property
To update the owner information for only one property, for example if a property sells, navigate to the Property Records page and search or filter for the record. Next click the owner name. This will open the Owner Details page.
All properties owned will still show under their owner profile, but once you edit and update the owner information, the property will be removed from the previous owner’s profile, and added to the new owner.
To edit, select the Pencil Icon located to the right of the owner name and address.
Next, enter the new owner information and save changes. Mailing address is required in order to save.
After saving changes and refreshing the page, you will see that the property you edited the owner information for no longer appears under the previous owner.
The previous owner can be accessed from within the Activity Log of the Property Record.
Updating Owner Information for All Properties Owned
To update the owner information for all properties owned by the owner, for example if an owner moves but still owns all properties, or you need to make corrections to the owner name, access the owner from the Owner Records page.
Click the Pencil Icon to edit.
Enter the updated owner information and save changes. Mailing address is required in order to save.
From the Owner Details page, we can see that the owner information was updated for each property, and all properties appear under the owner profile.
