REISift Base Presets

All accounts come pre-loaded with REISift Base Presets. These filter presets can be used alone or as a template when creating your marketing campaigns and custom filter presets.

The REISift Base presets are:

  • Stacked

  • Vacant

  • Ouchies

  • Equity

Accessing Filter Presets

Filter presets can be accessed from the Records page by selecting Filter Records towards the top right.

Next, click Filter Presets or View Presets. Then select REISift Base Presets.

Each REISift Base Preset will exclude all REISift default property statuses. This is so any records reached in a previous campaign will be excluded. If you had reached the owner, the property would have a status.

If you have created any custom statuses, select Do not include and exclude any of your custom statuses.

Stacked

Stacked means a record located on more than one list. This filter preset is excluding property statuses, filtering by list stacking with a minimum of 2, and Vacant Property No. Vacant properties are being filtered out because there is a separate filter preset for Vacant. By selecting Vacant Property No, we're ensuring the same properties aren't included in the other REISift Base Presets, therefore preventing the same properties from being included in multiple campaigns. Click Apply Filters to see the results.

Vacant

The Vacant preset will include any vacant properties that do not have a property status, be sure to exclude any custom statuses you have created.

REISift automatically determines vacancy for you. We check addresses against USPS records for vacancy when you upload records and once per month for your entire account.

Ouchies

Ouchies are records on a vexation list. A vexation is a pain point, for example code violations, tax delinquent, pre-foreclosures, etc. For the Ouchies preset, select Do not include under the Lists filter block, and exclude your equity lists, or any other lists that are not vexations or pain points. By excluding all other lists, this should leave you with records only on your vexation lists.

This preset also filters for records on a single list, Vacant Mailing No and Vacant Property No.

Equity

The Equity preset will be your equity lists, for example, free and clear and high equity. For this preset, select Do not include under the Lists filter block and select your vexation lists, or any other lists that are not equity related. By excluding all other lists, this should leave you with records only on your equity list.

This preset also filters for records on a single list, Vacant Mailing No and Vacant Property No.
