Logging Into Your Account

Help logging in to an account

You can access your account to view your orders, manage your subscriptions, update your details, and more.

How to log in

There are two ways to access your account:

Option 1: Log in with your email

  1. Click the Account icon on our website.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  3. We’ll send a 6-digit login code to your email address.

  4. Enter the code on the website to securely access your account.

No password is required.

Option 2: Continue with Shop

If you have a Shop account, you can select Continue with Shop on the login page.

Shop offers a quick and secure way to sign in. If you’re already logged into the Shop app, you may be signed in automatically. Otherwise, Shop will verify your email and log you into your account.

Not receiving your login code?

If you haven’t received your login code:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Make sure you’re using the same email address you used to place your order.

  • Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive before requesting a new code.

  • If you’re using Continue with Shop, ensure you’re using the same email address linked to your Shop account.
