Good news – if you’re using our new customer accounts, you no longer need a password to sign in.
How to access your account
Click the Account icon on our website.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
We’ll send a 6-digit login code to your email.
Enter the code to securely access your account.
There’s no password to remember or reset.
I haven’t received my login code
If your login code hasn’t arrived:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you’re using the correct email address.
Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
Request a new code if the original has expired.
I used to have a password
If you’ve logged in with a password in the past, don’t worry. We’ve moved to Shopify’s secure passwordless login system, so passwords are no longer required. Simply enter your email address and use the one-time login code that’s sent to your inbox.
