My payment has failed
If your subscription renewal payment has failed and you would like to change the card details used, follow these steps.
Start by logging into your account.
Navigate to the orders tab.
Locate the relevant failed order.
Click 'Pay Now >'
This will take you to a checkout page where you can enter your new details and once processed the system will take payment for the corresponding order and will change the payment card going forward.
I have a new card
If your last renewal order hasn't been processed or payment hasn't failed yet you will need to get in contact with our team so that we can change your payment details for you. We recommend that this process is done over the phone. You can either call us on 0114 235 6585 or request a call back on our contact page.
Please check that you have the following so we can process your request as quickly as possible:

Your email address linked to your account
