Change renewal payment details

How do I update my subscription payment method?

If your payment card has expired or you’ve received a new card, you can update your subscription payment details at any time through your subscription portal.

To update your payment method

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Subscriptions.

  3. Select the subscription you’d like to manage.

  4. Choose Payment Method or Update Payment.

  5. Enter your new card details and save your changes.

Your new payment method will be used for all future subscription renewals.

My subscription payment has failed

If a subscription renewal payment fails, we’ll automatically send you an email to let you know.

The email will include a Manage Subscription button, which takes you directly to your subscription portal. From there, you can update your payment details and retry the failed payment. Once the payment has been processed successfully, your subscription will continue as normal.

If you can’t find the email, please check your spam or junk folder before logging into your account manually.
