Find, organize, and download photos

Search, filter, and sort to find any photo, then tag, move, share, download, or delete in bulk.

Every photo in RelayCam lives in a project. Here's how to find the photos you need, fast, and keep everything organized.

Find a project

On the Projects page, search by name or click the sort button. Switch between Active, Archived, and Guest Project, and filter by Project Tags or Date.

Tip: Pin the projects you use most so they stay at the top of the list and in the sidebar.

Find photos in a project

Open a project to see its Uploads. Search, sort, or use the filters:

  • Team: who took the photo

  • Photo Tags: like "Before" or "Damage"

  • Date: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom range

  • Media: photos or videos

Work with several photos at once

Select photos and a bar appears at the top of the page:

  • Tag: add or remove tags

  • Download: save them to your computer

  • Print

  • Share: send them as a photo gallery

  • Move to Another Project: if they ended up in the wrong place

  • Delete: send them to the Trash Bin, where you can restore them

Tip: To download every photo in a project at once, open the project menu (⋮) and choose Download Photos.
