FAQ: TradeMe Property & Renowned Integration

What is Renowned?

Renowned is a real estate review platform that helps agents build credibility by featuring verified reviews from past clients. Each review is linked to a real transaction, ensuring authenticity. These reviews can be displayed across platforms like TradeMe, Google, and social media—making it easier for great agents to strengthen their reputation and attract new clients.

Why is TradeMe Property integrating with Renowned?

Trade Me Property is integrating with Renowned to improve the experience of capturing and promoting reviews for customers. We want to make it easier for homeowners to evaluate, validate, and connect with an agent through TradeMe.

What will the Renowned integration look like on TradeMe Property?

Renowned reviews will now accompany your OneHub testimonials on TradeMe. They will predominantly be displayed on the Agent Profile page and Sold Property page. A tag will be added to reviews that have come from Renowned, so both agents and homeowners can identify the source and know whether it is a review or a testimonial. There will also be minor changes to how reviews and testimonials show up in other areas, such as the listing detail page.

Which Renowned reviews will be displayed on my TradeMe Property profile?

The number of Renowned reviews displayed depends on your TradeMe Property and Renowned subscription levels:

  • If you are a TradeMe Property Platinum Partner OR have a Renowned Amplify and Attract subscription, all your RMA reviews will display on your TradeMe agent profile.

  • If you have neither a TradeMe Platinum Partnership Agreement nor a Renowned Amplify and Attract subscription, your TradeMe agent profile will have a maximum of 5 Renowned reviews displayed on it.

Is the integration available on an agency and team account?

At the moment, this is only available on an agent-level account.

Will Renowned reviews appear on Sold Properties?

Yes, Platinum Partners will see their Renowned reviews feature on their sold property pages on TradeMe Property’s Sold Experience. Reviews for other subscription levels will initially only be on the Agent Profile page.

What should I do if my Renowned reviews are not appearing on my TradeMe Property profile?

  • We currently match your TradeMe account to your Renowned account using your email address. We recommend updating your email address on either OneHub or Renowned to match. Additionally, the integration now supports matching using your REAA number, ensuring greater accuracy in linking accounts.

  • If you still have trouble with your reviews pulling through to TradeMe, let us know you'd like to speak with someone from our team.

Troubleshooting Process for Missing Testimonials

  1. Verify that your email addresses are identical across both platforms (TradeMe/OneHub and Renowned).

  2. Check your subscription level to ensure compliance with testimonial display conditions.

  3. Confirm that your account type is an agent-level account. Future improvements, such as REAA number matching, are scheduled for mid-2025 to minimise email mismatching issues.

  4. Ensure that your REAA number matches between your Renowned and Trade Me accounts, as this is now a supported method for integration

Are there any discounts on Renowned subscriptions for Trade Me Platinum Partners?

Yes, Platinum PA customers will get a 15% discount on Renowned paid users on annual subscriptions at the agent level only. This discount cannot be stacked with any existing Renowned discounts and is determined by TradeMe's External Identifier "Member Status," which confirms Platinum Partner status with the designation "ActiveMember." This discount is not available to offices or agents with monthly subscriptions.

How do I claim the 15% discount for Platinum Partners if I am an existing Renowned subscriber?

Existing Subscribers: From July 1st, 2025, TradeMe Platinum Partners who are also annual paid subscribers on Renowned will automatically have the 15% discount applied to their subscriptions on their next billing date. The discount will be applied only if it provides greater benefits than existing discounts on the account, and eligibility is verified by the "ActiveMember" status in TradeMe's External Identifier "Member Status."

New Subscribers/Upgrades: From July 1st, 2025, any new subscriber to Renowned or existing subscriber looking to upgrade will automatically have the 15% discount applied at checkout for any qualifying agent annual subscription. Platinum Partner status must be confirmed through TradeMe's External Identifier "Member Status" with an "ActiveMember" designation before availing of the discount.

*Discounts are only at an agent level and if you have an agent-level discount with TradeMe. Eligibility is determined using TradeMe's External Identifier "Member Status" with the designation "ActiveMember."

How will Renowned reviews be differentiated from existing Trade Me testimonials?

Reviews coming from Renowned will have a “Renowned” logo and a "Buyer Review" or “Seller Review” tag, while those from TradeMe's own system will be called "Agent Testimonial", with a TradeMe logo.

Where do I manage my Renowned reviews?

Agents will need to manage any Renowned reviews on the Renowned platform. You cannot manage your RMA reviews via OneHub or Trade Me CX.

What information will be displayed with the Renowned reviews initially?

Reviews will include the review content itself, the age of the review, the star rating and the details of the relevant property.

How long does it take for new reviews I receive on Renowned to appear on my TradeMe Property?

Please allow up to 48 hours for new Renowned reviews to display on TradeMe. Ensure that your email addresses are properly synced across both platforms and that your subscription meets the criteria to avoid delays.
