Why only the primary applicant
The application is anchored to one person — the primary applicant. They invite the others on the lease and list anyone else moving in. Co-Applicants, Co-Signers, and occupants only complete their own part; the primary handles the household-level pieces (the property, the people moving in, vehicles, pets, etc.).
If I'm a Co-Applicant, Co-Signer, or Occupant and need to add someone
Ask the primary applicant to add them. They control who's on the application.
If the property manager needs to add someone
Property managers can also add Co-Applicants, Co-Signers, or Occupants directly from their dashboard. If you've already submitted and the situation changes, contact your property manager — they can update the application on their end.
