Yes. When you add a Co-Applicant or Co-Signer, they get their own invitation by email to complete their part of the application separately.
What they'll go through
Co-Applicants and Co-Signers fill out the same kinds of sections you did:
Phone verification and identity verification
Their own personal info, address, and SSN/ITIN
Income verification
Their current rental history
Emergency contact
Legal terms and consent
They don't enter the property they're applying to (it's already tied to your application) and they don't add their own Co-Applicants, Co-Signers, or Occupants — only the primary applicant handles those.
What they're screened for
Same as you: criminal history, credit, and eviction history.
Can I help them?
Their application is sent to their own email and phone — they fill it out themselves. You can answer questions and walk them through it, but the steps are theirs to complete.
