If a page in your application has frozen or you can't move forward, here's what to try.
Refresh the page
The simplest fix is usually a refresh. Press Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac), or pull down on a mobile browser to reload. Your progress is saved, so you won't lose what you've already entered.
Try a different browser or device
Some pages don't load correctly on outdated browsers. If a refresh didn't help:
Try Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge if you weren't already
Update your browser to the latest version
Switch from your phone to your computer (or vice versa) β your progress carries over
Clear your browser cache
If switching browsers didn't help, your cached files might be the issue. Clear your browser's cache and try again.
Check for browser extensions blocking the page
Ad blockers and privacy extensions occasionally block parts of secure forms. Try opening the application in incognito or private mode, or temporarily disable extensions.
