What a deposit alternative does
A deposit alternative replaces or reduces the deposit you pay at the start of your tenancy. It's there to protect the landlord against end-of-tenancy costs like damage or cleaning.
What Rentmigo does
Rentmigo is a rent guarantor. We step in to pay your landlord if rent goes unpaid, which is what your landlord is looking for when they ask for a guarantor.
Will I still need to pay a deposit?
Your landlord may still ask for a tenancy deposit as well as a guarantor. That's between you and your landlord, and it doesn't affect your Rentmigo guarantee.
