Your guarantee doesn't change your responsibility to pay your rent in full and on time. It's there to protect your landlord if something goes wrong.
What happens if rent isn't paid
Your landlord or letting agent reports the missed payment to Rentmigo. If the arrears continue, Rentmigo pays your landlord. The unpaid rent then becomes money you owe to Rentmigo, and we'll work with you to recover it.
