Congratulations! Here's what happens next.
1. Pay your fee
Your approval email and dashboard show your one-off fee. Pay it at checkout by card, or split it into instalments with Klarna or Clearpay if you're eligible.
2. Everyone signs the agreement
Once all tenants on the tenancy have paid, the Rent Guarantee Agreement is sent out automatically by email. It's signed by you, your landlord or letting agent, and Rentmigo.
3. Your guarantee is issued
Once everyone has signed, your guarantee certificate is issued. You can download it from your dashboard, and your landlord receives a copy too.
Waiting on a co-tenant?
In a shared tenancy, the agreement only goes out once every tenant has been approved and paid. If you're waiting, check with your co-tenants that they've completed every step.
Don't forget
Your landlord won't issue the tenancy agreement until your guarantee is in place, so paying promptly helps you secure your home.
