What's included
Up to 12 months of unpaid rent
For 3 years from the start date on your certificate
Up to £100,000 in total across the guarantee, including legal costs
Monthly rent of up to approximately £8,000, and sometimes more
What if my rent goes up?
Rent increases are included as long as the total increase is no more than 10% above the rent at the start of your guarantee.
What isn't included
Damage to the property
Utility bills
Council tax
Any costs not related to rent
Does this mean I don't have to pay rent?
No. You're still responsible for paying your rent in full and on time. If Rentmigo pays your landlord, the unpaid rent becomes money you owe to Rentmigo.
