How tenants show affordability
Tenants can use their income, their savings, support from family members, or a combination. Accounts can be held anywhere in the world.
Shared tenancies
Every tenant named on the tenancy agreement completes their own application. As tenants on a joint tenancy are jointly and severally liable, each guarantee is for the full rent.
