Standard pricing applies to all applicants
Rentmigo does not have a fixed student discount.
The guarantee fee is a single one-off payment, which on average works out at around one month's rent. There are no recurring charges or renewal fees.
How your fee is calculated
Your exact fee is calculated individually, based on the outcome of your application assessment. It is confirmed to you after your application has been approved and before you are asked to pay — so you will always know the amount before committing.
Discounts
In some cases, applicants with a particularly strong financial profile may be offered a reduced fee. If this applies to you, it will be communicated after your application is approved, along with a discount code to use at checkout.
There is no way to request or apply for a discount in advance. Discounts are applied at our discretion as part of the approval process.
What students need to apply
If you are a student, you can apply for a Rentmigo guarantee in the same way as any other applicant. You will need to provide evidence of your funding, such as a scholarship or bursary award letter, a student loan confirmation, or bank statements showing the necessary savings.
