How is my fee worked out?
Your fee is based on your individual financial circumstances. It isn't based on how long your tenancy is.
When will I know my fee?
We'll tell you your exact fee as soon as you're approved, before you're asked to pay. There's nothing to pay to apply.
Are there any discounts?
Some of our partners offer discounts to their tenants. If one applies to you, it'll be shown automatically at checkout. There isn't a separate student discount.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can split your payment with Klarna or Clearpay at checkout, subject to their own eligibility checks.
