Rentmigo Rewards is an optional extra that pays you for paying your rent on time. It's free and you choose whether to join.
What you get
You earn 500 points (worth £5) every month you pay your rent on time. Points can be redeemed from your first month for gift cards from major UK retailers.
How to join
You can opt in during onboarding or from your dashboard. If you'd rather not take part, you don't need to do anything. It has no effect on your guarantee.
How we confirm your rent was paid
Each month we need to see your rent payment going out. You can do this in one of two ways:
Open banking: connect your bank account securely through Plaid and we'll confirm your payment automatically. Plaid asks you to reconnect every 90 days to keep the connection active.
Upload a bank statement: upload your full, unedited bank statement showing the rent payment.
Do I have to upload a statement every month?
No. Rewards are completely optional. If you skip a month, you simply won't earn points for that month. Nothing else changes.
