  • Patient App: Signing Up & Checking In - This video shows the patient sign-up process. Patients scan a QR code, verify with their phone number, and complete a profile. To check in, they scan the in-office QR code once per day to earn rewards.

  • Patient App: Earning Rewards - Learn how patients earn rewards for visits and purchases. A tracker shows progress toward the next reward, while the rewards bin stores unlocked offers until redemption.
